Awarded by a Bumblebee

New Bumblebee Award is presented to Liberated Way by Miss Apis Mellifera.

Bumblebee Award

Bees bring gifts of pollination to flowers, and it was awesome to receive the gift of a new type of blogging award by a keeper of bees, Miss Apis Mellifera. The Bumblebee Award is presented by Miss Apis Mellifera to blogs that meet the following qualities:

1. A pleasure to read! (Bumblebees are a pleasure to watch and this blog is a pleasure to read.)
2. Full of fascinating facts! (Bumblebees are fascinating creatures and this blog is fascinating too.)
3. Informative and inspiring! (The flight of the bumblebee is scientifically impossible and yet these inspiring insects do fly! This blog is inspirational.)
4. Creative and well-written! (Well, bumblebees are very messy but so are creative people!)
5. Friendly and fun! (Bumblebees are sociable insects and this blog has a close friendship with the reader.)

I like awards that are well thought out, presented well and without too much obligation on the person given the award, and the Bumblebee Award reflects all those qualities.  Miss Apis Mellifera is an excellent blogger, an accomplished writer, creative, and like her bees she is connected to nature.  I especially loved how each of the qualities of her award were linked to relevant posts of Liberated Way, which shows that considerable thought went into this award.

This award made my day.  Thank you Miss Apis Mellifera.
